Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis - This is a non-invasive test that will give you insight into your mineral balance, toxic elements, significant ratios and metabolic type.
This test not only helps to understand where your mineral levels are at but also helps you get an understanding on your blood sugar, adrenal and thyroid health. An HTMA test shows your body's mineral balance and metabolic rate over the course of 3 months. Which gives a better longer term picture versus blood testing which gives a more current picture. An HTMA test helps you get an idea of how your body is working.

Interpretation of HTMA test along with a brief health and wellness plan along with any needed supplement recommendations.
A health and wellness questionnaire will be sent to you before the consultation and is a requirement before any supplement or diet change recommendations are given. This questionnaire will include medical history, allergies, supplements and medication list, and any health concerns or issues you would like to address.
Consultation is available both in person and virtual.
